The Mundus Journalism programme is a full-time programme, and you should expect a substantial workload throughout your studies. While some students may choose to take on part-time work alongside their studies, it is important to consider carefully whether this will be compatible with the demands of the programme and the requirements of the university where you are studying.
You should also be prepared for study-related activities to take place during normal daytime hours. Teaching, group work, meetings and other programme-related activities may be scheduled between 8:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. This will not necessarily be the case every day, but timetables are generally not finalised until shortly before, or sometimes after, the start of a course. This can make it difficult to commit to regular working hours during the daytime in advance.
