The Mundus Journalism master's degree offers a curriculum that is uniquely focused on developing an analytical and critical lens on journalism, media and globalisation.
Since 2005, Mundus Journalism has been connecting people and building networks of like-minded peers and colleagues across the globe!
We are excited to announce that the call for applications for the 2025-2027 Mundus Journalism programme is now open with the deadline set for January 10, 2025.
In 2024, our programme reapplied to the EU to continue offering Erasmus Mundus scholarships. The EU set a qualification threshold of 70 points for programmes to be considered for scholarship awards, and we are proud that our programme achieved an impressive score of 82. However, due to the EU’s budget constraints, only programmes scoring above 84 points were awarded Erasmus Mundus scholarships this time.
As a result, unfortunately, we will not be offering Erasmus Mundus scholarships for the 2025-2027 intake. However, we are excited to provide two Mundus Journalism Consortium stipends of €10,000 each to the top applicants. Additionally, all admitted students may apply for an Erasmus+ stipend of up to €6,000 for their second-year studies.
Our consortium will reapply for EU funding, and we hope to offer Erasmus Mundus scholarships again in the near future.
