June 2010 saw three City University London specialism students start their study-abroad exchange module at the Graduate School of Journalism, University of California, Berkeley. Isabella Cota, Guilherme Kfouri, and Matthew Galizia are participating in the News21 project, an investigative reporting project distributed through innovative forms of multimedia journalism. All three will be working alongside Berkeley students and professors for ten weeks, covering the crisis in California prisons.
